Waiver and Release of Liability for Kettlestone Kickoff Open House Event
Oakstone Homes, Inc. and Slavin & Associates appreciates your attendance at the Kettlestone Kickoff Open House Event (the "Event"). We have made every effort to protect your safety at all times, but we need your help. If you feel ill, please do not participate any further. Face masks are required for the event at all times. Please maintain your distance from others whenever possible. Please understand that by attending this event you agree to: (1) voluntarily assume all risks incident to Event, including but not limited to the effects of COVID-19; (2) waive, release and discharge Oakstone Homes, Inc. and Slavin & Associates and it's agents, affiliates, employees and contractors (collectively "Oakstone and Slavin & Assoc.) from all liability for property damage, illness, injury or death as a direct or indirect result of your attendance at the Event; and (3) defend, indemnify and hold Oakstone and Slavin & Assoc. harmless from and against all claims, suits, costs, expenses, attorneys fees, damages and liabilities which, in any manner, result from your attendance and/or actions during the Event.
