Growing up in small-town Iowa, Nathan Lyman developed a strong foundation in teamwork, hospitality, and family values. Inspired by his father, a dentist who built his own practice through hard work and dedication, Nathan learned early the importance of commitment and perseverance.
Nathan earned his BA in Finance from the University of Iowa, where he also played football for the Hawkeyes—experiences that reinforced discipline, focus, and teamwork.
A self-described “numbers guy,” Nathan discovered his passion for real estate early on, combining his love of homes with his talent for analyzing deals and maximizing value. After graduating, he moved to the Des Moines metro area and began his real estate career. Now with over 10 years of experience, Nathan specializes in investment properties, new construction homes, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals. He is New Construction Certified and partners with Frampton Homes to provide clients with top-quality new builds.
When he’s not assisting clients, Nathan enjoys golf in the Des Moines metro, cheering on the Hawkeyes, and spending time with his family. He lives in West Des Moines, Iowa, with his wife, Anastasia, and their daughters, Amelia and Sophia.
